ARES has implemented and maintained a quality management system based on the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001 (2015) standard.

The purpose of the quality management system is to satisfy ARES’s internal and external customers by complying with all requirements, both those specified by the customer, as well as legal or regulatory requirements and those necessary to ensure the proper provision of the service and the defence of our customers’ interests.

ARES undertakes to meet the following objectives:

Manage the quality of the services provided, in accordance with the ISO 9001 (2015) international standard and any that amend it in future.

Compliance with the requirements agreed with our customers, strengthening their confidence in our organisation.

Compliance with other requirements: legal requirements and implicit requirements for the proper provision of the service.

Continuous improvement in the effectiveness of the quality management system.

The Quality Policy is disseminated to all personnel through training seminars. As a result, ARES ensures that the Quality Policy is understood by all company personnel.
