Advising on: salaries, categories, Social Security costs, voluntary benefits (insurance), accident compensation, other aspects of the agreement (holidays, licenses, maternity, working hours), offences and penalties, issuance of reports, implementation and monitoring of labour legislation, Administrative Services, information on amendments to the collective bargaining agreement (wage reviews, application of wage changes, registration of the company with Social Security, joining the Employers’ Mutual Insurance Company, legalisation of employee and inspection books, registration of self-employed workers, if applicable).
